“Maybe he has repaired himself,” Bacon speculated about Ryan’s prospective character arc in Season 2. “I don’t know. Which is a lot to come back from. Undoubtedly there’s going to be residual soreness.”

“My dream is that we’ll see a new side to Ryan’s character,” he recently explained throughout a Q&ampA at the Paley Center in New York City with Tv Guide Magazine last week. “I want to hold peeling back the layers of who this man is.”

Major villain Joe Careoll [James Purefoy] may possibly have been killed off in the season 1 finale, but his followers, most notably Emma [Valorie Curry] can nevertheless be a enormous risk.
